Tourism Development Projects - Adriatic Coast: Poseidon is identifying and selecting new viable projects in the tourism sector primarily along the Croatian coast. Existing projects at various stages of development, including unfinished objects, are being assessed, evaluated and prepared. The Poseidon team offers a seamless range of services, from the procurement of viable projects, commercial and legal due diligence, and analysis of construction constraints, to the preparation and monitoring of project execution.
