Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GreenPeak Equity Intelligence (the “Service”), operated by GreenPeak Capital (“GreenPeak”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is a private market-intelligence platform covering family offices, pensions, sovereign wealth funds, fund-of-funds and insurers allocating to real assets. It provides a searchable directory, firm and profile data, AI-assisted capital match, market and transaction intelligence, analytics and data export. The information is compiled from public and licensed sources and is provided for professional business use.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Paid access is offered on a monthly or annual subscription starting at $599 per month, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Annual plans are discounted against the monthly rate. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

• You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for partial periods.
• Promotional codes, where offered, apply only as stated at checkout and cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
• We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable prior notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

• resell, sublicense, publicly redistribute or build a competing dataset from the Service’s content;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data by automated means except through the API on your plan and within its documented limits;
• share a single seat’s credentials across multiple people or organisations;
• use the data to send unlawful communications or in breach of applicable privacy, anti-spam or marketing laws; or
• attempt to circumvent access controls, security, or usage limits.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its compilation of data, software, design and trademarks are owned by GreenPeak Capital or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Data accuracy & no advice

We work to keep the data current and source-linked, but the Service is provided “as is” and we do not warrant that every record is complete, accurate or up to date. Nothing in the Service is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and it must not be relied on as the sole basis for any transaction. You are responsible for your own due diligence.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenPeak Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time; the sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
