Most recently, DeA Capital formed a pan-European joint venture with Partners Group and Italian student housing developer Camplus, aimed at developing and operating purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) assets in Europe, and targeting more than 5,000 beds. Among others, DeA Capital previously teamed up with Harrison Street for a build-to-rent platform in Spain. In France, it has a joint venture with Europa Capital particularly focused on the industrial logistics sector. | IDEA: Operating partner and co-investor for PBSA: A typical structure will be a joint venture in which our parent company in Italy holds a co-investment together with Anglo-Saxon private equity.
