A wholly owned subsidiary of Storebrand ASA. The Storebrand Group is a leading player in the Nordic market for long-term savings, pensions, banking and insurance. The firm was established in 1981 and owns several asset managers, collectively forming an asset management group. The firm is the largest private asset manager in Norway and the fourth largest asset manager in the Nordic region. Focus: residential segment in Denmark and Finland, but fund will also invest in other sectors, with a particular focus on logistics and social infrastructure. Storebrand is a leading Nordic financial group offering occupational pensions, banking services, insurance solutions, and asset management. Over time, Storebrand Asset Management has built a business with assets under management of more than €130bn, across a broad range of asset classes.
