Investor profile

Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) is Indonesia's sovereign wealth fund managing over $8 billion AUM. Originally focused on private equity with minority shareholding structures, INA has expanded into private credit, real estate, and digital infrastructure. Funded initially with government equity holdings and cash, the fund relies on stock dividends and interest income, with investment income expected to grow as a share of total returns. INA and co-investors have deployed ~$4.2 billion (74.5 trillion rupiah) to date, with approximately 30% allocated to digital infrastructure including a participation in DayOne Data Centres (GDS Holdings spinoff). The fund is actively investing in AI infrastructure given projected $3 trillion data center investment wave over 5 years (Moody's).
