CIM is a real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender and developer that has delivered more than $60bn of projects for communities across the Americas. In 2024, the group forged a partnership with Round Hill Capital to create a $2.1bn investment platform that will manage a portfolio of residential assets in the US and select countries in Europe. CIM Group – the lowdown CIM was founded in 1994 by Israeli immigrants to the US – Shaul Kuba, Richard Ressler and Avi Shemesh.
