Investor profile

HTIM is part of Hamburg Team Group, an owner-managed real estate company. Found in 1997 by Peter Jorzick, a former theologian who then shifted gear to manage regeneration and neighbourhood projects for the City of Hamburg, the company was originally set up as a project developer, mainly focused on large-scale inner-city urban quarters. HTIM works with German institutional investors such as insurers, pension funds, foundations and savings banks. It currently manages 11 funds – focused on housing, urban quarters and offices – with a total target investment volume of €2.5bn. Some €2bn has already been deployed. | IDEA: Serive developer for broken projects as have ability to take over insolvent projects and restart construction
