industrial specialist Leopard Capital aims to expand its presence in Continental Europe with Poland a main target, plus France and Germany Founded by Alex Fordyce in 2017, Leopard Capital has primarily focused on the UK market having bought half a dozen assets in the country. Its first European deal took place in December 2021, when it forward funded an Amazon-anchored prime logistics warehouse in Granada, Spain. The asset, prelet for 12 years, offers 80,000 sq ft of logistics space. Has been investing in logistics on a deal-by-deal basis, targeting value-add and core-plus opportunities with ticket sizes ranging between £7m and £25m. Since its launch, the firm has built a portfolio worth around £80m.
