Prop.com is the real estate investment arm of Welfare Group, an investment holding founded in 2021 by Robin Ubaghs. The platform offers capital structuring, digital infrastructure and asset management. It uses a blockchain-based infrastructure for tokenised investment vehicles, AI-driven analytics and smart contracts, and partners with local operators and general contractors. The vehicles are targeting value-add returns with a 12-month to 36-month holding period. In addition to Germany, Prop.com is also looking at the UK, Benelux, Poland, Portugal and the Nordics. aim to invest across the broader living segment – including traditional residential, serviced apartments and hospitality.
