In Nov24, Cain International (Cain) and Menora Mivtachim (Menora) have announced the expansion of their strategic partnership, which will see Menora commit follow-on capital to accelerate the growth of Cain's Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) equity platform in the United Kingdom. In 2022, Cain International has established a joint venture joint venture with student accommodation developer Fusion Students to create a £1.5bn/10.000 bed portfolio of purpose-built UK student accommodation.
