Australia's third-largest pension scheme opened its first international office in London in Nov23 with a pledge to invest £5.25bn across the UK and Europe About 40% of our portfolio is in the living sectors such as build-to-rent, key worker affordable housing, senior living – which in Australia in particular we're a very large investor – as well as some other serviced apartments. Industrial is about 30% and the rest is between office and retail in Australia, where they're not doing too badly. Aware Super expanded into Europe already via Get Living's residential offering, and Vivenio, our Spanish residential platform, as well as our extended stay platform The July, which started off in the Netherlands and is now expanding in London, Dublin and Lisbon. | IDEA: Investor for PBSA as they work with opearting partners like Delancey partnership to invest up to £1bn into UK property, particularly grade-A offices in central London The preference is for operating platforms again which allows for operational flexibility in harvesting the returns.
